Unveiling my new book cover!

Here's a draft of my new book cover. The cover will be fine-tuned and ready for print shortly, but I wanted to give you a visual since I'll be speaking about this book tomorrow morning on "Morning Air" on Relevant Radio (details for tuning in are here). My book will be released in September in time for the month of Mother Teresa's feast and twelfth anniversary of her death. I have known about your relationship with Blessed Mother Teresa for a long time now, and I've truly felt that once the world knew of this beautiful relationship, your world was going to change even more than it has in the lead-up. What a very sweet note from you! It's encouraging to hear these words from a friend, fellow author and mother of five!

Yes, this is a story that I can't wait to tell. I had a burning desire to tell Mother Teresa's story to continue her work. As I wrote, more and more was revealed, as much as I had tried to keep it all about her. I was encouraged to "tell the whole story" and that's what I tried to do. Pope John Paul II encouraged me too! I pray that it will inspire souls to come closer to Our Lord and His Blessed Mother.

Prayerfully Expecting: A Nine Month Novena for Mothers-To-Be

I wrote this book while on complete bed rest during a high risk pregnancy with my fifth child, Mary-Catherine. Blessed Mother Teresa whom I knew at that time, gave me a foreword for the book. Pope John Paul II blessed it. It is a book to celebrate pregnancy as a wonderful time of anticipation as mothers await childbirth and it offers the expectant Mom the opportunity to transform her pregnancy into a novena of prayer to God. It's a "baby book" for the unborn baby! An expectant Mom will be able to follow her baby's progress and record her thoughts and prayers as well as save her ultrasound pictures to cherish in years to come.
