My son's friend is doing well. He didn't get beat up, just roughed up. Sorry to use the word, "just" because getting roughed up is certainly bad enough. Thankfully, because my son, pushed the guy off of his friend, he was able to run away and escaped harm.

Donna,
I have been praying for your son and your family. I am certain you experienced some peace by seeing him.

Thank you so very much, Mary Catherine. A comment came in from you yesterday and by mistake I think it got deleted. Please feel free to send it again and I will publish it. I was trying to do everything yesterday from my cell phone.
Thank you for your prayers!
God bless and hugs,
Donna
Dear Donna-Marie,
Nothing is worse for a mother's heart than watching her beloved child suffer.
Please know I've been remembering you and your son and his friend in prayer, and will include you and your intentions this evening when praying the Rosary.
Certainly, the Good Lord and His Holy Mother and the boys' Guardian Angels were all watching over them. Also, knowing your devotion and high esteem in which you hold Blessed Mother Teresa, I'm certain that she also had a major role in your son's well-being.
Thank you for saying that, Gail. Yes, Mother Teresa must certainly have had a hand in his (their) protection. I think I'll post a photo soon of my son with Mother Teresa when he was a baby.
Thank you very much for yor kind words and prayers!
hugs,
Donna
Dear Donna-Marie,
I will keep you and your son in my prayers. I'm sorry that happened to him, but what a guy to stand up for his friend.
God Bless & hugs,
Jennifer
