Botulism outbreak

Castleberry has recalled more than 90 types of canned chili, beef stew, corned beef hash, dog food and other meat products in the last week due to possible botulism poisoning.

WASHINGTON (July 22) - A Georgia meat processor on Saturday expanded its recall of canned meat products that may be connected to a botulism outbreak.
